Ulmer Höh, Düsseldorf
Structured by bay windows, a space-creating external façade is
created as a valuable extension of the living space: with a depth
of up to 2.5 metres, this offers attractive open areas for different
uses as well as sufficient space for individual greenery.
The
sculptural design of the façade not only ensures a lively façade
appearance, but also an interesting interlocking of interior and
exterior space. An additional added value is the high degree of
privacy from the neighbourhood despite generous glazing in all
flats.
